Do you really come to my home?
Yes. Every job is done at your place, so your setup works where you actually use it.
How much does it cost?
A home visit is $99 for the first hour, then $45 per extra 30 minutes. Common jobs have fixed prices, listed in our prices section. Travel is free within 20 km of Traralgon; further towns have a small travel fee.
Do you offer a discount for pensioners?
Yes. Pension and seniors card holders get 10% off labour. Just show your card when we arrive.
I'm not good with technology. Is that okay?
Absolutely. We go at your pace, use plain English and are happy to write down the steps for you.
Someone called saying they're from "tech support". Was that you?
We never cold-call or ask for remote access out of the blue. If someone does, hang up and message us. We can check your computer for you.
